There's a homemade hat parade at Mr Bloom's fete in Hartlepool, but none of the Veggies has a suitable hat.

A group of scouts are making a huge pile of mashed potatoes at Mr Bloom's fete in Kilmarnock, but don't know what to do with the leftover potatoes and plastic bottles.

Mr Bloom's fete has come to the West Midlands! Margaret and Joan are playing at jungle explorers so the Tiddlers use lots of newspaper to make a forest for them to play in. Colin and Mr Bloom visit an enormous greenhouse - a perfect place for peppers to grow.
